Based in the Waitakere Ranges near Auckland, she guides guests through her plot of rainforest for botany walks and foraging before preparing a forest-found lunch. “It’s a brilliant introduction to NZ’s little-known rainforests,” says J-M.

Some exciting news from Lucy at Banyan Tours, who’s announced they’ve just opened Banyan Udaipur, their second office in the state of Rajasthan and sixth in India. “An advantage of working with Banyan is our on-ground network across the country; this new opening is a great step forward,” Lucy says.
