We only choose to work with individuals who inspire and impress us, and Charlie and Jess do exactly that. They are true adventurers, with a real spirit of exploration; as well as running Sticky Rice, Charlie is a photographer and expedition guide, while Jess is a climbing, kayaking and expedition guide, a PADI divemaster and a yoga and aerial fitness instructor.
The pair co-founded Sticky Rice in 2012 to provide high-quality tailor-made trips in Malaysian Borneo which would integrate tourism and conservation while also benefitting locals. They are passionate about what they do and their commitment to taking care of their team and clients shines through.
